Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 gives the EUDI Wallet a public trust hub with six "Lists of trusted entities". This instrument asks the hub's own interface one question every day — is the list published yet? — and keeps the answers, so that the day the registers begin to fill is on the record.

It records answers, not judgments. "Not published" is the hub's own answer on the stated day — nothing more. Absence of a published list is not absence of preparation: Member States publish dated plans, and the ENISA candidate certification scheme moved through public consultation in 2026.
The probe surface. The primary signal is the dashboard's own checkIfListIsPublished interface (an undocumented API; the citable, human-readable surface is eidas.ec.europa.eu/efda/wallet). If the interface itself changes or becomes unreachable, that day is recorded as unknown, not as an answer.
Why it matters. The wallet side of the trust boundary is certified (Art. 5c), the relying-party side registered (Art. 5b) — and until these lists fill, neither published half constrains anyone. The dated snapshot that seeded this instrument: the certification asymmetry, measured 5 Aug 2026.
